Happy Earth Day! The theme for Earth Day 2022 is Invest In Our Planet. In celebration of this day honoring our beautiful planet, I’m sharing simple tips to help you go green and do your part to restore our planet which will also benefit your health – and even your weight loss efforts. It’s a win-win.

If you are concerned about climate change, make some eco friendly changes in your own home. What’s going on in your home affects the earth. It starts with you. Make every day Earth Day. The theme for Earth Day 2022 is Invest In Our Planet.

On April 22, 1970, 20 million Americans held demonstrations across the country rallying for a healthy, sustainable environment. We still face many of the same environmental issues as we did on that first Earth Day when founder, Gaylord Nelson, a Wisconsin Senator at the time, was inspired to make a difference after the devastation of the 1969 oil spill in Santa Barbara, a beautiful coastal town here in Southern California not too far from where I grew up and where I now live.

Connect with your inner flower child and take action by implementing the tips that resonate with you. Every eco step you take is another step to a healthier environment.
