- Another good resolution is making a commitment to walk daily. Simply walking for 20 – 30 minutes each day lowers your risk of dying from heart disease by 30% – 40%
- Store you meds properly for optimum efficacy. It’s best to keep medicine in a dry place such as a shelf in the linen closet or kitchen, of course out of the reach of children. The heat and humidity in a bathroom can cause it to age prematurely
