This week we are talking about one of my favorite topics, intermittent fasting! Why is it a topic I love? Because it is a seriously effective method to lose weight, end dreaded weight fluctuations and enjoy incredible energy all day long.
You’ve probably heard how great it is for weight loss but it might surprise you to learn that it can truly enhance your beauty leading to better skin, hair, nails, and more. Laurie Lewis of Fast Forward Wellness and Certified Coach, specializing in Intermittent Fasting shares her insights and experience with intermittent fasting and how it literally changed her life by resolving her menopausal issues and 50 pound weight gain.
If you’ve thought about trying it but have resisted because you fear it will be too hard or you’ll starve, it’s actually much easier than you think and it’s not about starvation!
