Essential oils have powerful healing properties. There are many different oils that offer a variety of wellness benefits including stress relief, increased focus, better sleep, and more. Some are especially healing for autoimmunity. It’s important to note that while essential oils are incredibly useful they must be used properly and not all essential oils are for every person or situation.
