Essential oils have powerful healing properties. There are many different oils that offer a variety of wellness benefits including stress relief, increased focus, better sleep, and more. Some are especially healing for autoimmunity. It’s important to note that while essential oils are incredibly useful they must be used properly and not all essential oils are for every person or situation.
It’s always best to seek guidance which is why I am very pleased to have the founder of Spectrum of Wellness, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and essential oils educator AnnaLaura Brown on the show this week to tell us how essential oils help assist with autoimmune issues and how to get started using them to help with your wellness journey.
