I absolutely love it! It has saved me in many ways. Intermittent fasting is incredibly effective for weight loss and weight maintenance but it also offers a multitude of powerful health benefits for your body and your brain. Are you resistant to trying intermittent fasting because you’re afraid you’ll go hungry or won’t be able to do it? It’s easier than you think and the health benefits are phenomenal.
