Holistic Wellness Coach Brianna Wilkerson Shares Her Top Wellness Tips

If you’re in my Facebook group you’ve probably noticed that I’ve interviewed some pretty interesting and knowledgable people lately. I love introducing you to fellow wellness warriors who can offer sound advice and tips to make living well easier and more accessible.

Brianna Wilkerson, founder of Made Well is a holistic health and success coach who focuses on empowering others to thrive in their health, businesses, purposes and lives. In a recent interview, she shares her top wellness tips to help you live your healthiest life.

Holistic Wellness Coach Brianna Wilkerson

Brianna advocates clean eating and teaches people about the important role gut health plays in keeping our immune system strong.

She says because a weak immune system decreases the body’s ability to fight off foreign bacteria, viruses, and other illnesses the food we eat can can have a big impact on how well our immune system functions as well as our hormones, energy levels, emotions, digestive health, weight, fertility, brain health and much more.

According to Science Daily, there is even a link between gut bacteria and MS. People with MS show lower levels of good gut bacteria. A recent study revealed that MS patients have a different microbiome than people with good health.

I had such a great time chatting with Brianna. We are quite like minded, her valuable advice is right in line with my philosophy on health and well being. If you implement even one of her tips you will reap some healthy benefits!  Watch the full interview here
