Plenty of studies show that those who have an attitude of gratitude enjoy some nice health benefits. Cheers to being healthy, happy & grateful! I certainly am grateful for my many blessings. Here’s my top 5 this week…
1) Good health!!!
“It is health that is the real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver” ~Mahatma Gandhi
2) The fact that my boys are also healthy
3) My fabulous group of friends. They make weekends fun and full of laughter.
4) This wonderful time of year! Soaking up the holiday joy every minute!
5) Small blessings. While Christmas shopping at the mall yesterday, I suddenly realized I had left a package full of Christmas presents I just bought in a store. I was so fortunate to find the package along with it’s contents was safe & sound!
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life, it turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend” ~Melody Beattie
It’s amazing what a simple act of gratitude can do. And how so few remember to say ‘Thank you’. Thank you!
This time of year always brings about a grateful heart! Wonderful thoughts this morning, I’m grateful for my health and the health of my family as well!
Amen to good health, Kelly! So many of my extended family members have come down with flus, colds, etc the past few weeks and I’ve just been PRAYING I don’t catch any of it! I cannot believe your #5, WOW!! That’s amazing your gifts were still there, praise! Thanks for linking up this past week! 🙂
